Tickets are sold through Ticket Tailor's secure checkout. As soon as you've paid, your e-tickets are emailed to you — just show them on your phone at the door. No printing needed.

Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Ticket Tailor. If it's not there, contact us with the name and email you booked under and we'll resend it.

Refund and transfer terms are set per event and shown at checkout. Use the “Manage booking” link in your confirmation email, or get in touch and we'll help.

No — all Excellency Live events are strictly alcohol-free. Soft drinks are served throughout, and dinner events include the full menu. Alcohol brought into the venue will not be permitted.

Most of our events are 16+. Where a show differs — a family matinée, or a higher age limit — it is stated on that event's page, so check before you book.

Yes. The Versailles Palace is all on one floor, so it is step-free throughout. The Bellissima Suite is reached by lift. If you need anything specific — accessible seating, a companion ticket, help on arrival — contact us before the show and we'll arrange it.

We do — weddings, corporate events and private parties are all handled by Excellency Midlands, in the same venues. Private bookings go through them directly.
