From private parties to public stages
Excellency Midlands has spent years hosting other people’s biggest nights — weddings, galas, milestone birthdays. We got very good at it: the sound, the lighting, the food, the flow of a room.
Excellency Live is what happens when we point all of that at a stage. Instead of a guest list, there’s a box office — and anyone can come.

Fewer, better nights
We'd rather sell out one great show than half-fill three. Every act is picked for the room and the crowd.
No hand-offs
Booking, production, catering and front-of-house — one team owns your night from start to finish.
Guests, not ticket numbers
You'll be looked after the way our wedding and gala guests are. That's the Excellency part.
The people you’ll actually meet
No agency staff, and nobody hands you over to a different company on the night. The people who book the act are the same ones on the door and at the desk when you arrive.
Most of the team have been doing this for years — weddings, galas, receptions, award nights, the lot. You learn things you can’t really teach: when a room is about to need another pair of hands, how long a full dinner service actually takes, which acts want a quiet ten minutes before they go on.
And most of the work happens before you arrive. The rig gets checked hours before the doors open, the tables are dressed long before that, and the running order is settled with the act on the day.
